Or request a free roof inspection →We get on your roof and look. We don't quote from the driveway and guess. If it can be repaired, we repair it — replacement is only on the table when we can show you why.
Our people are craftsmen, not salespeople. Nobody earns more if you buy a bigger job. That means the recommendation you get is the one that actually fits your roof.
You pay for labor and materials. Not for fancy offices, TV spots, or door-knockers. That's how we've kept repeat customers across Atlanta for 14 years.
Leaks, missing shingles, storm damage, flashing failures — we fix the actual problem, not the cosmetic cover-up. We show you photos before and after.

How much does a roof repair cost in Atlanta?
Minor repairs — a few missing shingles, a small leak around flashing — typically run $300–$700 for most Atlanta homes. Larger storm damage or widespread shingle failure moves into the $1,000–$3,500 range depending on the extent. We give you a written number after we get eyes on the roof, not before. If the repair is under $300, we'll tell you that too.
How long does a full roof replacement take?
Most standard Atlanta homes (1,500–2,500 sq ft) are done in one full day. Larger or steep-pitch roofs may take two days. We don't start a job we can't finish before a rain window closes — we'd rather reschedule than leave your decking exposed overnight.
Do I really need a full replacement, or just a repair?
Honest answer: most calls we get are repairs, not replacements. If the decking is sound and less than 30% of your shingles are compromised, repair is almost always the right call. We'll get on the roof, take photos, and show you exactly what we find. If it can be fixed, we fix it. We don't sell replacements to homeowners who don't need them — that's not how we've stayed in business for 14 years.
Are you licensed and insured in Georgia?
Yes. We carry full general liability and workers' comp coverage. We are GAF-certified, which means manufacturers back our installations with extended warranty options. Ask us for documentation before we start — any legitimate contractor will hand it over immediately.
What does a free inspection actually involve?
A roofer — not a salesperson — gets on your roof and looks at shingles, flashing, gutters, decking, and ventilation. We take photos. We come down and tell you what we found in plain language. No pressure, no upsell, just a real answer. About half the inspections we do result in "you're fine for now." We'd rather tell you that than sell you work you don't need.
